Konkan Gyanpeeth Rahul Dharkar College of Pharmacy And Research Institute, Karjat conducted “Entrepreneurship Development Programme” and Campus drive on 13 th January 2018.
Campus interview had arranged by AdvantMed India LLP, Healthcare Information Management Company ,Ahmedabad. This company founded in 2005 and based in santa Ana,California.
Mr. Rakesh Barot, HR, Mr. Chetan Sharma, Process Auditor, Mrs.Himanshi Jain ,HR, Mr. Samir Ali, Team leader operator were conducted interview. More than 50 student from Mumbai, Pune,Solapur,Nashik were attended this interview.
The program was inaugurated by all dignitaries by dip prajwalan. Dr. Mohan Kale, Principal of KGRDCP & RI welcomed all guest and briefed about the event. He told that theoretical as well as practical knowledge are important for set up any kind of industry. Mihir Lukhe (Second Year) had given brief introduction about programme.
Mr. Rakesh Barot had given talk on introduction of company along with opportunities in industry. Mr. Chetan Sharma, Process Auditor explained about medical coding, Universal coding, Certification code, Analysis of patient records.
Mr. Nitinkumar Kale, National young Entrepreneurship Development Centre, Pune was eminent speaker for this programme. He told that present generation depends only on government job because of low risk, lack of confidence. Out of box thinking is important for greater entrepreneurship. He had given brief on innovative ideas in business, freedom in job, satisfaction, sskill required . He told that risk factor is important for growth of forming and non forming business. He briefly delivered talk on element ,problem, observation and invention in business.
He also given information about funding agencies in India. He had explained business behaviors and mind setup by different team work activity.
Mr.Pravin Jagtap had also talk on entrepreneurship importance by giving example of Ambani,Ratan Tata,Pay TM founder.
Mrs.Nilofar Khan, Mr.Pravin Jagtap, and Mr. Pravin Naik were coordinator for this programme.
Mr. Vijay Mande, LMC Membe graced program by their presence. All teaching and non teaching staff made this event successful.
