Pharmacy orientation program in KGRDCP & RI
Konkan Gyanpeeth Rahul Dharkar College of Pharmacy And Research Institute, Karjat conducted a Pharmacy development program, an Indian Pharmaceutical Association (IPA) membership drive, Pharmacy orientation program, Parents meeting and Alumni association meeting on 11th August 2018. The program was inaugurated by all dignitaries with Dip Prajvalan and Sarsvati Pujan. Dr. Mohan Kale, Principal of KGRDCP & RI welcomed all guest and given a brief introduction about program. Mr. Nitin Maniar, Chairman, Governing body member, Bombay College of pharmacy, Mr. Vijay Mande LMC member, Dr. Prabhakar Shirodkar, Research Director, all were present for this program.
Mr. Ayaz Sufi, Brand management consultant, IPA-MSB delivered a brief talk on Pharmacist development program (PDP), in which he explained objective of program & pharma career opportunities. He addressed students to develop their skills for qualitative production of medication & enhance in their social value, to connect their self with community. He has given a trace on production, entrepreneurship, teaching, research & development and marketing.
Mr. Rahul Lad delivered his thoughts on healthcare & structure of IPA. He explained about divisions of IPA, functions of IPA, editorial office, student exchange office, public health division of Indian Pharmaceutical Association etc. He gave a message to students “Be smart, be a part” of pharmacy.
Mr. Nilesh Gorde explained various perspectives of examination pattern for theory as well as practical with mark distribution and rules & regulations of examination. Mr. Pritam Juvatkar was coordinator for Alumni association meeting.
Mr. Dilip Tele has been appointed as parent’s representative. Mr. Pravin Jagtap was anchor for the program. All teaching and non teaching staff made this event successful.
